Going in to the match as an underdog team, the players of Dark blessing were wondering what they were going to do with all that inducement money.

they happened upon a Merc warrior who had a few games under his belt and was skilled enough to block, 140,000 down… after that the warriors of the team decided to hire an extra apoth to look after the less armored beastmen on the team, then they tossed a few coins to the grounds keeper to allow the team to hit the pitch early and get a bit of extra training in before the match started.

The game started off poorly for Chaos… the khanz blocks were downing Chaos players left and right.  But these orcs have made their living playing softer, squishier teams and were unable to break the blessed armor of Chaos save for a scant few times.

The Khanz orc Brick was gaining little to no ground to the iron will of the Chaos warriors, and was only able to score once by lobbing a goblin downfield in a desperate last ditch effort to score during the first half.

The team knew the troll must be taken out… and they had just the player to do it.  Claws slide through trolls with ease.  While escaping any serious injury, it was obvious the troll would not be coming back for this game.

With the goblins forced to stay on the ground, the orcs tried to rush the ball through the line… an attempt that allowed for chaos to grab the ball and begin the slow march up the field and score the game winning touch down with only 1 turn left for each team.

Glory to chaos, the team is looking forward to their next match… be it the dodgy elves, or the mighty storm.

OMG! I don’t want to even talk about this game.  Nathan was very gracious, and no hard feelings, but HOLY CRAP!  Anyway, it’s over and done and the the Killa Khans now have a complete line up! Although Bax needs some time to recover from this game (I suspect his elbow will niggle him forever), but He’ll be back in time to celebrate the Khans breaking the 2,000,000 mark!
