Wackers suffered an immedaite turnover and almost recovered, but the rats first of many 1 die POWs took down the ball carrier.  On the flipside, the wackers could not do anything but push the rat ball carrier with 2die blocks… and the rat didn’t have block.  Ziolos would earn LMVP as she double faled her GFI for a 2die on the ball carrier. Another immediate turnover, would guarantee the rats to go up 2 nothing. A late drive by the wackers would fumble their rerollable 2+ pass to a wide open catcher. Halftime, the wackers would come out scoring. and the riots would start. for the next 3 kick offs, the clock would be set back 3 TIMES as a shootout would begin.  but the rats would never have any turnovers or fail any GFIs or passes. the game would end as the rats would fall back and stall out the last two turns while up by 1, ending any rally attempt by the wackers.

The dwarfs started with the ball, an took out Pal for this game or next on turn one. Turn two saw a dwarf Runner kill Wardancer Zoilos.  The rest of the half would not get any better as the Wackers would only knock down 3!!! dwarfs in the first half with 23 blocks.  On the flip side, the dwarfs issued 27 blocks and aquired 23 knockdowns all from defender stumbles or POW!  The Wackers would not fair much better on offense, as their 4 turn drive was plagued with turnovers. At Halftime, the Wackers would come out to rally- but the dwarfs would keep the pressure on with a kickoff blitz.  Without an Apoth, the wackers would take no chances and user in a TD with minimal rolling.  Back on Defense, the Wackers horrible luck would continue with a every 2% chance of a turnover you could imagine.  Final drive the drawfs resumed their near perfect blocking take downs. The Wackers would again have their chances and totally blow them with rerolls.  Dwarfs would have no rerolls left, yet score making all their rolls. *** Match Date changed from 2008-05-17 to 2008-05-16

The wackers could not move the ball down field. Mid Drive, the tree had an immediate turnover- giving the rats back to back turns. When in striking distance, Dionysios would fail his double 2+ dodge. The rats would rally and fumble their pass, then the wackers would recover and bobble their catch, and the rats would endup with the ball, but the wackers would get it back for Lysias to trip on the goalline - so close to the Wackers goal. a zap later, the wackers would finally get a TD.  The rats would try out a new 1turn td method, and wizardless the wackers would be powerless to stop them.  One "oh shit that ain’t going to work" later, and the rats would declare it halftime. Rats would streak to get a 1 turn td, and trip on the endzone. Wackers would recover, and eventualy goup 2-0.  Roadkill would finally get their 1 turn td. Crazy game as we could not gfi, pass or dodge.

The drive would slow down, as Menander would blitz and double skull - reroll - double skull and failed to get into the endzone. Dionysios would bail out the team and catch a TD handoff. The 1st half would end with Mean Machine td and then a riot. Wackers would receive, and then Dionysios would double fail a catch two turns in a row.  Zoilos would bail out the wackers and they would pull ahead 2-1.  Zoilos would also blitz and end the Mean Machines last attempt to tie. Great game

The Bushwackers wish the game ended with the stats shown!  But with 13 of 16 turns ending with turnovers even AFTER burning 9 rerolls, the Wackers didn’t get much done this outing.  On the flip side, the Orcs didn’t use any of their 8 rerolls and even twice successfully dodged their Black Orcs away from the vicious Tree.  Passing? I can say I witnessed a flawless Orc passing game complete with a deep pass.  Wackers hurt themselves more than the orcs even though the Orcs tossed 1 die POWs around like they were on tap from a PEZ dispenser.
