Fans showed up for this fast paced.....um no....action packed....well not really...lets face it they showed up to watch to very slow teams duel it out.  One mistake by either side and everything that they had accomplished in the half would be lost.  The game was well coached by both sides and neither could capitalize on the others mistakes.  Text book tie.

The Game was going as planned the Guard kicked off in the first half and proceeded to dictate the pace of the game.  They even sent the Bruisers’ Merc Black Ork to the infirmary for foolishly getting involved.  The Second half started out much as the first with the Khemri dictating the pace and pushing for an early touchdown.  But as all blood bowl fans know this is a fickle game.  The following drive became very harsh on the Khemri.  The orks singled out and systematically picked off the mummies one by one.  You would almost think their vegetable brains had a plan.  With their muscle gone the orks now dictated the game and pushed for a tie.

The doors of the stadium had to be opened a bit wider this day as eight titans entered the arena.  The M & M’s sported 4 hulking ogres and the Guard of Anubis showcased 4 towering mummies.  With this type of muscle on the field blood would be spilled and bones would broken for sure.  Noone could have known how true a statement this would turn out to be.  The first two blocks thrown by the Anubis team produced two tiny mangled masses that one could only assume used to be a snotling.  The hits would keep on rolling as the Guard piled on 6 more casualties in the game.  It appears that Nuffle and Anubis are quite chums in the heavens.  How else do you explian the good fortune bestowed on the undead players this day.  The M&M’s weren’t without a fighting spirit.  A lumbering Ogre is a difficult thing to stop when it gets up to full speed, but the day would be won by the Anubi Warriors.
