Clinton F1 Racing League Season 1 Rules

    Games Rules in Effect
  1. Will use the Formula De advanced rules, except Slipstreaming
  2. Optional rules in use:
    1. Weather
    2. Tire selection
    3. Team Pit stop
  3. Teams
    1. Each team of 2 drivers will have one manager
    2. Each team has a total of 6 cars for the entire season
    3. Cars
      1. Tire WP: 6
      2. Brake WP: 3
      3. Fuel WP: 3
      4. Bodywork WP: 3
      5. Engine WP: 3
      6. Suspension WP: 2
      7. Pre Race Tuning (House Rule)
        1. Each car may shift 2 total WP between areas at the start of each race
        2. Example: Reduce the engine by 2 to add 2 the tires for the entire race.
    4. Team Pit Stop
      1. Each team has 4 Wrench Points that can be used during a race
      2. Each Wrench Point allows with a long pit stop the repair of 2 WP that are not tires; tires are changes automatically
  4. League season will consist of 12 races.
    1. Points will be awarded as follows per driver
      1. 1 Point for starting in the race
      2. 1 Point for finishing the race
      3. Finishing place
        1. 10 points
        2. 8 points
        3. 6 points
        4. 5 points
        5. 4 points
        6. 3 points
        7. 2 points
        8. 1 points
        9. 0 points
        10. 0 points
    2. Number of laps for the race will be listed in the schedule
  5. Pole Position
    1. First race of season will be decided via black die role, lowest gets pole
    2. Races 2-12 will have pole decided in reverse season standings, Reverse finish of previous race breaks ties.
  6. Pits
    1. Pits are not determined by team color.
    2. Pits will be chosen in pole position order.
    3. Once a pit color has 2 drivers assigned to it, no other car may use it.
