Clinton F1 Racing League Season 1 Rules
Games Rules in Effect
- Will use the Formula De advanced rules, except Slipstreaming
- Optional rules in use:
- Weather
- Tire selection
- Team Pit stop
- Teams
- Each team of 2 drivers will have one manager
- Each team has a total of 6 cars for the entire season
- Cars
- Tire WP: 6
- Brake WP: 3
- Fuel WP: 3
- Bodywork WP: 3
- Engine WP: 3
- Suspension WP: 2
- Pre Race Tuning (House Rule)
- Each car may shift 2 total WP between areas at the start of each race
- Example: Reduce the engine by 2 to add 2 the tires for the entire race.
- Team Pit Stop
- Each team has 4 Wrench Points that can be used during a race
- Each Wrench Point allows with a long pit stop the repair of 2 WP that are not tires; tires are changes automatically
- League season will consist of 12 races.
- Points will be awarded as follows per driver
- 1 Point for starting in the race
- 1 Point for finishing the race
- Finishing place
- 10 points
- 8 points
- 6 points
- 5 points
- 4 points
- 3 points
- 2 points
- 1 points
- 0 points
- 0 points
- Number of laps for the race will be listed in the schedule
- Pole Position
- First race of season will be decided via black die role, lowest gets pole
- Races 2-12 will have pole decided in reverse season standings, Reverse finish of previous race breaks ties.
- Pits
- Pits are not determined by team color.
- Pits will be chosen in pole position order.
- Once a pit color has 2 drivers assigned to it, no other car may use it.
